Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers manager blasts Justin Bieber

Metallica's manager doesn't see Justin Bieber as having a lasting career.

Peter Mensch, who also manages the Red Hot Chili Peppers, tells the UK's Sun he believes the pop superstar's career "is over in three years."  He bases his prediction the 19-year-old singer's behavior, which has included an alleged spitting incident with a neighbor, a noise dispute in Los Angeles, and an attempt to bring his pet monkey into Germany without the proper documentation.

Mensch says he doesn't know "what Bieber's problem is," and says the singer's own manager "is scared."  But Mensch thinks a dose of old fashioned discipline would put Justin on the right path, saying he'd "take Bieber to the woodshed and spank him."
